Welcome to Nanda Tech. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Nanda Tech offers freelance IT services including but not limited to Web Development, App Development, WordPress Customization, Ecommerce Solutions, UI/UX Design, and Digital Marketing. Specific project details and deliverables will be outlined in separate project proposals or contracts.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment (usually 25-50% of the project total) is required to commence work.
• Milestones: For larger projects, payments may be divided into milestones. Each milestone payment is due upon the completion of the respective phase.
• Final Payment: Final project files, logins, and ownership will be transferred only upon receipt of the final payment.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause work if payments are delayed beyond the agreed timeline.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback within reasonable timelines (usually 2-3 business days).
• Ensure they have the rights to use any content provided to Nanda Tech.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the ownership of the final deliverables (website code, graphics, etc.) will be transferred to the client. However, Nanda Tech retains the right to display the project in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as defined in the proposal. Any additional work or major changes outside the original scope will be billed separately as "Scope Creep" at an hourly rate or a fixed additional fee.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination. Advance payments are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nanda Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data) arising out of the use of our services. While we take every precaution to ensure the security and performance of our work, the final responsibility for website maintenance and security lies with the client unless a maintenance plan is purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
